Delivery
Cwtchie parcels are sent via Evri and arrive 3-8 working days after you order. We dispatch promptly, usually within 24 hours, or the next business day. Many of our most popular items sell quickly. If your order is delayed, we will let you know.
You will receive a shipping email with a tracking number for your parcel.
We safeguard your parcel’s delivery by requiring a signature on arrival. If you arrange “leave in safe place” directly with the courier, we do can no longer take responsibility for the package.
Postage to UK mainland addresses is free!
Postage to Northern Ireland is £3.50
Postage to Europe is £9.99
Returns
Should your product arrive faulty in any way, we will issue an exchange or full refund on receipt of the garment. We will pay the returns cost. Contact us at help@cwtchie.com – if it’s our fault, we’d like to put it right!
Should you simply change your mind, please contact us to initiate the return at help@cwtchie.com The order must arrive in the same condition it was sent, intact with label, bow and packaging including storage bag. If the returned item arrives without the above or is deemed unfit by our inspection team for any reason, we reserve the right to deny a refund.
Returns are made at the buyer’s expense. We advise that returns are sent as signed for on delivery.
